When you arrive at the park, a Vendor Contact will direct you to your booth site.

If your loading vehicle is a trailer or motor home that requires a wide area to turn, you must arrive for check-in before 11:00am in order to maneuver and turn in the limited areas within the park.
NO CHECK INS PRIOR TO 8:00 am
Event Hours:
All booths must be operational by 4:00 pm and remain operational through the rodeo
performance on Sunday, June 3, 2012.
Booth operating hours:
Friday 4:00 pm 9:30 pm (optional to remain open for the dance)
Saturday 11:00 am 9:30 pm (optional to remain open for the dance)
Sunday 11:00 am 5:00 pm (optional to open for 8:00am Cowboy Church)
What to bring to the Stampede:
Power cord:
For booth lighting only, One outdoor, grounded power cord, standard 3 prong; minimum 14 gauge recommend, 150 foot length cord (maximum). Your power cord must be grounded to meet fire code and safety regulations for an outdoor event. Each Vendor may have access to one power socket on the generator.
Booth lighting:
Bring any lamps, light bulbs, lanterns, etc., that you plan to use to light your display area.
Fire Extinguisher:
All Vendors #5 or larger ABC rated fire extinguisher at each booth space.
Water:
Water is available, but must be limited in use due to the care of livestock on the rodeo grounds. Water taps may be found at the following locations at the rodeo: North/West side of arena, beside the live stock pens and South side of arena, besides the restroom building. If significant water use in anticipated during the event, please plan to bring water. |
