Howdy fellow rodeo lovers! My name is Caroline Ginn and I am honored to be the 2012 Attendant for the best small town rodeo in the world, the Elizabeth Stampede. I can't wait to travel all over Colorado with Elizabeth Stampede Queen Tori, telling everyone about the great sport of rodeo, especially in Elizabeth! This year we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary as a PRCA Rodeo. It's gonna be huge!
I am a 16 year-old junior attending Cherry Creek High school where I competitively swim on their junior varsity swim team. Some of my other hobbies outside of school include singing and dancing as if no one was watching, going out with my friends, camping, riding with the Westernaires and learning new things.
I've been raised by all around supportive parents, Mary and Mickey Ginn. My dad is always keeping me on track as my mom makes sure she is the loudest cheerleader in the stands. Being a Colorado native, I have lived in a little city called Centennial located in Arapahoe County for all of my life. Since I started riding at the age of 4, I have been hooked on horses and rodeo. Nothing is more exciting then the thrills and chills of a heart-pounding rodeo. Lately I've been blessed to get my 12 year-old buckskin paint, Tango, who always put on a show. He loves nothing more then fresh grass in pastures and to test how fast he can really run.
Someday I plan to graduate from CSU with a Bachelor's in equine science and management then start my own business on a ranch. Also I hope to help with the campaign of Rachel's Challenge, where they inspire and empower every person to create a positive change in their school, business and community by starting a chain reaction of kindness and compassion.
Lastly, I would love to thank our sponsors and committee for all of their support. This group is truly like one big family and I am honored to finally be a part of it. So please mark your calendars and come out to Elizabeth, hidden in the sky-reaching pines.
Lets Rodeo!!!!!
